Lowndes

Lowndes is providing zoning and land use services to Banyan Development Group during the rezoning process of 0.63 acres of land located at 417 E. Jackson Street in downtown Orlando. With approval, the zoning change will allow for construction of a 13-story mixed-use tower with affordable housing.

The project, called “Mariposa Groves,” is expected to include 139 apartments, with the majority of the units restricted to households who have limited income.

Lowndes attorney Rebecca Wilson, who chairs the firm’s Land Use, Zoning and Environmental Group, is representing Banyan Development Group during the rezoning approval process.
