Shareholder Brendan Lynch talked with ABC-affiliate WFTV-Channel 9 about the historic eminent domain settlement involving the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the Crossroads Shopping Complex, in which FDOT agreed to pay $198 million to acquire the shopping center near Walt Disney World for the expansion of Interstate 4.

Lynch discussed many of the unique considerations surrounding the eminent domain case, including an extension for the property's 25 tenants to remain for two years following the state's original claim on the 29-acre property.
