Overview
Jack Demetree II advises real estate developers, owners and operators on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, title issues, and land development of their projects. His practice focuses on representing local and national clients on a wide range of development projects, including retail, hotels, condominiums, single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use developments.
A third-generation commercial real estate professional, Jack leverages his deep understanding of the industry as he works closely with clients to transform their intentions into reality. He has extensive experience handling acquisitions, leasing agreements, land use and zoning issues, construction agreements, and other commercial transactions, ranging from standard contracts to complex, multi-million dollar transactions.
As an attorney, Jack especially enjoys tackling the unique challenges that often arise during complex real estate transactions. Well-known for his comprehensive research and skilled negotiations, clients appreciate Jack’s ability to find effective and efficient legal solutions that keep their projects moving forward.
Outside his legal practice, Jack is an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and the UCF Knights football team. He is a proud member of the International Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta where he continues to serve today as a Post-Graduate Mentor. A long-time musician, Jack also plays the drums in a local band.
