Lowndes Strengthens Corporate Practice with Addition of William K. Kim

Lowndes is pleased to announce that William K. Kim has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Orlando office. Kim is an experienced corporate attorney who routinely advises private equity funds, private and public companies, and entrepreneurs on the purchase and sale sides of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, equity and debt arrangements, corporate governance, and company formations. He has advised clients from a diverse range of industries, including technology, healthcare, telecommunications, industrial services, franchising, restaurants and retail, consumer products, education and hospitality.

Prior to joining the firm, Kim served as General Counsel for a large multinational managed technology solutions corporation and built the legal department and compliance regime for the company. In his role, he regularly advised C-level and divisional executives on all aspects of business operations, acquisition and growth strategy, litigation, environmental and social concerns, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Licensed to practice in Florida and New York, Kim is a graduate of Cornell University and received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.
