Eddie Francis Appointed Secretary of the Heart of Florida United Way Board of Directors
Francis is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group, focusing on real estate transactions, development and finance, land use and zoning, commercial leasing, and representing clients before local government. He has extensive experience representing developers in all aspects – acquisition, due diligence, entitlements and zoning approvals, master planning and development, and finance – of office, retail, residential, hotel, senior living, and mixed-use projects. Francis also represents clients in the areas of land use and zoning, and multi-state/portfolio real estate transactions. He is a past member, and Chairman, of both the City of Orlando Community and Youth Services Board and the City of Orlando Municipal Planning Board. Francis has his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from William & Mary School of Law.
Heart of Florida United Way (HFUW) is Central Florida’s most comprehensive health and human services charity and the largest provider of funds to the region’s most critical health and human service programs.
