An Update from Lowndes CEO & President: Sheltering in Place
At this point, I am certain that your email inbox has been flooded with COVID-19 messages and communiques, social distancing measures have wreaked havoc on your personal life, and business shutdowns have impacted your bottom line.
Tonight, the Orange and Osceola Counties’ Shelter-in-Place orders will go into effect. Hopefully other counties will soon follow. Absent the availability of widespread coronavirus testing, this is the safest and most effective course of action. We all must do our part to mitigate the spread and severity of the virus outbreak. Although policies and procedures may change daily, our focus remains steady: the health and well-being of our employees, our clients and our community. We continue to be fully operational remotely, collaborating with each other and with our clients, advising on employment law, commercial leasing, cybersecurity, contract, supply chain, tax, and other business issues.
We hope that the information provided through our website has been helpful in mitigating some of challenges arising from the ever-changing environment. Continue to check back often for updates and resources, including the latest information regarding the $2 trillion COVID-19 Stimulus Bill.

Again, many thanks for your continued trust and confidence in us.
Be safe and be well,
William T. Dymond, Jr.
