Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed Hires Two New Attorneys, Dustin Mauser-Claassen and Michael Piccolo

Orlando, FL - Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. welcomes associates Dustin Mauser-Claassen and Michael Piccolo to the Orlando office. Mauser-Claassen and Piccolo, who previously worked as summer law clerks at the firm, have begun their careers as attorneys in the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Environmental and Litigation Groups. Mauser-Claassen graduated at the top of his class from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. In between his summer clerk position and his full-time position at the firm, Mauser-Claassen clerked for U.S. District Judge John Antoon II of the Middle District of Florida. Piccolo graduated at the top of his class from the Florida State University College of Law.
Mauser-Claassen focuses his legal practice on Real Estate Development, Land Use, Zoning & Environmental. In this role, he works with local governments and other regulatory authorities in order to address clients’ needs related to environmental permitting and compliance, zoning, comprehensive plans, concurrency, administrative law, Developments of Regional Impact (DRI's), due diligence, and property rights. In addition to his law degree, Mauser-Claassen earned his undergraduate degree in environmental science from the University of Central Florida.
Piccolo focuses his legal practice on complex litigation, civil litigation, commercial litigation, business litigation, intellectual property litigation, significant divorce cases, and probate and trust litigation. In addition to his law degree, Piccolo received his undergraduate degree in political science with an additional major in history and a minor in business from Florida State University.
