Lowndes Welcomes Back Kirsten Bartholomew, Corporate & Securities Group Attorney

Orlando, FL – Lowndes is pleased to announce that Kirsten Bartholomew has returned to the firm as of counsel in the Corporate Group. Bartholomew, who previously worked in the firm’s Corporate Group, served as general counsel to a specialty pharmaceutical company and worked as an adjunct law professor at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, will concentrate her legal practice in the areas of corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions.
“I’m excited to be back,” said Bartholomew. “I look forward to being a part of the Corporate Group again and assisting clients with their public and private securities offerings, corporate governance and Exchange Act compliance needs.”
Bartholomew will work with clients to structure financing transactions in compliance with federal and state securities laws, and represent both public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate governance matters. Bartholomew has an undergraduate degree from Ohio State University in political science and her law degree from Capital University Law School.
