James Walson Talks to Channel 9 About Securing a Successful Ruling For Landlord Client

June 22, 2022

Shareholder James Walson recently spoke to WFTV 9 Orlando about securing a successful ruling for his landlord client that faced a two-year eviction battle with an Orlando production company.

The judge ruled that the tenant was in violation of the lease, in addition to zoning and code enforcement rules. The tenant will also be required to pay the cost of bringing the building back into compliance, plus accelerated rent for the breach of contract

“And all in a space that had where the interior improvements were done without pulling a single permit” said Walson while referring to multiple code violations that were made to the building.
