Firm Welcomes the Wisdom and Experience brought by Of Counsel Attorney Frank Mock
02.05.2008Orlando, FL -- Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed announces the addition of Frank Mock to its corporate and business law practice as an of counsel attorney. Mock's practice areas focus on real estate transactions, development and finance, corporate and securities, healthcare and general litigation.
Joining the firm from the Orlando office of Ruden McClosky, Mock primarily focuses his practice in the areas of commercial law and finance with a strong emphasis on complex investment structure, debt restructuring and work-outs. He has handled all types of real estate lending and acquisition transactions and has extensive experience in matters involving for-profit and non- profit long term care and senior facilities.

Earning his law degree from Duke University School of Law (J.D. 1969,) he also earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University (A.B. 1966.) Mock is involved as a member of the board of directors for the Florida Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and is also involved in the Retirement Housing Council and the Florida Association of Homes for the Aging. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the American College of Mortgage Lawyers, serving as a fellow and state chairman, and a member of The Florida Bar.
