Intellectual Property Attorneys: Partner-level attorneys with portable business and ability to develop business needed with the following practice areas:

• Patent prosecution and related licensing in electrical/software or mechanical arts;
• Patent prosecution and related licensing in life sciences or bio technology arts; and
• Patent and other Intellectual Property Litigation.

Excellent opportunity to participate in building the Intellectual Property practice at an established, team-oriented general practice firm with extensive business and community involvement.

Experienced Associates in the following practice areas:

• Patent prosecution and related licensing and transactions in electrical/software or mechanical arts. Must be admitted in USPTO;
• Patent prosecution and related licensing and transactions in life sciences and bio-tech arts. USPTO bar required; Must be admitted in USPTO; and
• Intellectual property, technology or life sciences transactional practice including licensing of intellectual property and technology; IP and technology in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions; technology development and trademark and internet practice;
