Representative Client Experience

Morey Raiskin, a shareholder of the law firm of Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., chairs the firm's Labor and Employment Law Section. Prior to joining the firm, Morey served as Lead Labor and Employment Counsel for Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, Inc. and Administrative Vice President of Sea World. He also practiced management labor law in Las Vegas, Nevada where he represented several major hotels and casinos, as well as the Nevada Resorts Association.

Morey provides consultation, analysis and litigation representation to numerous local, national and international employers concerning all facets of labor and employment law, including development of personnel policies, procedures and handbooks, wage and hours issues, employee discipline and discharge, drafting and litigating employment and non-competition agreements, litigating employment discrimination claims before administrative agencies and the state or federal judiciary, union avoidance planning, union elections, collective bargaining and unfair labor practice proceedings.
