• Represent developers in the acquisition and sale of undeveloped properties.
• Represent developers in the drafting and negotiation of various types of agreements including declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions, easements, developer’s agreements, maintenance agreements and cost sharing agreements, and formation of property owners' associations and condominiums.
• Represent real estate investors in the purchase and sale of commercial properties including office, retail, condominium and warehouse facilities.
• Represent landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases including retail, office and warehouse leases.
