Meredith has been practicing law for more than 10 years with a current focus on commercial real estate and related transactions. Her experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and workouts for both one site and multi-site, multi-state transactions.

Represented a publicly traded national real estate investment company in connection with its commercial real estate transactions including acquisition, development, financing, disposition and leasing of commercial properties.

Represented, and currently represents, a private real estate investment company in connection with the acquisition and financing of senior living facilities throughout the United States.

Represented, and currently represents, a publicly traded national real estate investment company in connection with the acquisition, financing and/or property management of national franchise restaurants throughout the United States.
