Representative Client Experience

Darrell has been practicing law for more than 15 years and currently practices in the area of commercial real estate transactions representing primarily lenders, purchasers and landlords in acquisitions, financing, and commercial leasing contexts. Darrell currently concentrates on Florida and Alabama loan transactions and servicing issues for a large national insurance company as well as multi-site, multi-state acquisitions, including triple net lease sale leaseback transactions, for two large real estate investment trusts. Darrell has recently worked on transactions involving gas and convenience stores, industrial parks, shopping centers, restaurants, apartment complexes, ski resorts, golf courses and resort hotels.
