- Represented numerous software and computer service clients and has negotiated over one-hundred software license agreements and outsourcing agreements; including successfully negotiating a $100 million plus outsourcing agreement for all the date processing of a major insurance company re-engineering its business processes.
- Handled multiple real estate transactions, including a $30 million hotel refinancing project.
- Assisted several clients in seeking financing for their businesses through partnerships, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.
- Effectively served as outside general counsel for numerous clients; managing their legal affairs and overseeing services provided by partners and associates working in other areas of legal specialization.
