Representative Client Experience
Dan has been practicing law for more than 20 years and currently practices in the area of commercial real estate-related transactions, representing sellers and purchasers, lenders and borrowers, as well as lessors and lessees in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, refinancing, property management portfolio sales and acquisitions, debt restructuring and workouts. For the past several years, Dan has concentrated on multi-state real estate transactions with an emphasis on senior living facilities, restaurants, gasoline and convenience stores and commercial retail units. He leads a team of lawyers and paralegals who handle multi-state closings, including triple net lease sale leaseback transactions, equipment loans and leases, and asset-backed financing.
