Representative Client Experience

Michelle has more than 10 years experience as a real estate attorney and has been a partner with the firm since February 2004. Michelle's practice is concentrated in commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, finance and workouts, with an emphasis on the acquisition and disposition of national restaurant properties. She has extensive experience handling large multi-site and multi-state sale/leaseback transactions and has handled the closing of more than 3,000 properties nationwide. She has handled all aspects of transactions including contract and lease negotiations, due diligence review, title, survey, environmental, site plan and permitting and alcoholic beverage licensing. Michelle is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar and American Bar Association. A native of Houston, Texas, Michelle has practiced with Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor, & Reed, P.A. since graduating from law school at the University of Texas, at Austin.
