Seminar - "ADA Compliance: A Plan for 'Readily Achievable' Modification"Representative Client Experience
- Represented major air carrier in contract dispute with major airframe manufacturer involving late delivery of jet aircraft, at commencement of jet aviation introduction into carrier’s fleet
- Represented major insurance company in the appeal of a declaratory judgment action on insurance coverage in a case which has become recognized as one of the principal authorities for the determination of relative rights among insurance carriers in the context of Interstate Commerce Commission/Bureau of Motor Carrier regulations and mandatory policy endorsements
- Designated as counsel to travel throughout the United States on behalf of a major national manufacturer as defendant in asbestos exposure litigation, to assist in local counsel presentation of the defense of such cases
- Represented defendants in successful appeal on first impression case with regard to Florida’s joint and several liability and apportionment of responsibility, as well as its offer of judgment procedure and law
- Represented a majority of family members in a multi-million dollar dispute regarding the apportionment, organization and distribution of the agribusiness legacy of the common ancestor of such family members
