Representative Client Experience
- Successfully represented a commercial landlord in an action against commercial Tenant and obtained a judgment in excess of $500,000, for the Tenant's breach of lease.
- Serves as Legal Counsel to numerous business clients involving cases that pertain to hospitality management, landlord/tenant litigation and business collection litigation.
- Represents a national banking organization in various litigation matters involving check and deposit issues (UCC Articles 3 and 4), defensive litigation and collection matters.
- Personally handled settlements and/or mediations totaling more than $3 million dollars for various business clients.
- Represents current and former professional athletes in various capacities.
