Representative Client Experience
- Successfully represented large defense contractor in trade secret litigation against former employee who use trade secrets with competing business.
- Represented, and currently represents, insureds of title companies to cure and resolve various issues relating to real estate, including boundary disputes, access problems, mortgages and liens, easements and other impediments on real estate.
- Represented construction business in lawsuits relating to work completed and sums owed for services provided.
- Represents a national banking institution in various lawsuits including those involving check and deposit issues (UCC Articles 3 and 4), defensive litigation arising from allegations of negligence or intentional torts, and in collection matters arising from operational losses.
- Represented large insurance company in action to levy and sale of purported homestead property in Indiana Lumbermen’s Mutual Insurance Company v. S&C Excavating, Inc., 813 So2d 993, (1st DCA 2002).
- Successfully represented small business in suit against officer and director who wrongfully opened competing business using trade secrets and proprietary information from the small business.
