The firm primarily recruits new associates through our summer program, as evidenced by the high percentage of summer associates who are typically invited to return as associates upon graduation. Each year representatives of the firm travel to numerous law school campuses to interview both second and third-year law students.

The firm also is committed to hiring and retaining minority candidates by making diversity a focus of our regular campus recruitment program, as well as additional efforts to identify and reach minority students.
